HHS Secretary Sebelius sends update on progress to Congress

In a recent letter Secretary Sebelius provided an update to Congress on the implementation of the immediate provisions in the new health care law.  The Secretary provided and update on young adult coverage, pre-existing conditions exclusions, the early retiree reinsurance program, coverage rescissions, small business tax credits, lowering premiums, and the Medicare Part D doughnut hole.  You can read the letter, by clicking the link below:
