HFA’s mission is to assist and advocate for the bleeding disorders community. While our efforts to meet this challenge in the legislative arena are clear, we also believe a crucial part of our mission is to promote community connectivity. For that reason, the HFA offers a wide array of programs and services that connect individuals and sub-communities within the bleeding disorders community to share, learn and grow, individually as well as collectively.
